Las Animas County Courthouse
If you took a walk or better yet took a trolley tour of Trinidad
you will find many homes and buildings constructed during the late 1800's.
The town is an eclectic mixture of many different designs and
theories of architecture
Stone Masons found their work here as well as many other craftsman.
A new generation of building is also under way.
On the outskirts of town there are log cabins, Spanish haciendas,
green buildings with solar and wind power and so much more.

The old Trinidad Rail Depot that now houses the Trinidad Brewing Company
Engine #638
Located North of City Hall on Animas Street- this was the last coal driven steam engine
in service for the C&S Railroad. The engine was manufactures in 1906 and remained
in use until its retirement in 1963. A full restoration of the locomotive
and the cars was completed in 2001.
