From Gardner take Hwy. 69 7 miles west to property

South Middle Creek
From La Veta go 1/2 mile south on Hwy. 12 to Indian Creek Road (USFS Rd. 410),

ACCESS: USFS Rd. 410 enters property on south side near southwest corner.

From Gardner go west on Hwy. 69 for 1 mile to national forest access road 634.
Turn north on FS Rd. 634 and travel 13 miles to the property.

Then travel west 1-1/4 miles on Cty. Rd. 520.1 to southeast corner of property.
